PACM Internet Research group : this webpage contains the datasets, in various formats, used by Tanya Kohovanova, Konstantinos Drakakis and I.D. for their paper A detailed study of the attachment startegies of new autonomous systems in the AS connectivity graph. (See paper 107 on ID's publication list below.)
3D Visualization of distances between paintings by Van Gogh and other artists: this webpage contains a movie showing a rotating 3-dimensional arrangement of 73 paintings. The paintings are arranged according to dissimilarity distances, derived from their wavelet transforms, aiming to distinguish paintings by Van Gogh from those by other painters. For more details, see the Report by the Princeton group (Eugene Brevdo, Shannon Hughes, Ingrid Daubechies) in Proceedings of the May 2007 First International Workshop on Image Processing for Artist Identification
